This is the beginning of the Bergen-Passaic Expressway, I-80 east, as it crosses the Delaware River into Hardwick Township, New Jersey, from Pennsylvania.  The large mountain in the background is actually in Pennsylvania, because of a sharp bend in the river as it flows through the Delaware Water Gap.  Filmed July 17, 1999.
